Who's behind the work
MemoriesSaved is a small, Tampa-based practice dedicated to one thing — restoring the damaged and faded photos families can't get back on their own.
The work is built on more than ten years of professional retouch experience — tears, water damage, fading, missing detail, sun-bleached tintypes, and the unreadable black-and-white photos that need to be colorized before they're worth framing again.
Every photo is hand-retouched by a professional — never AI automation — and the same photographer touches every frame. There are no rotating vendors, no offshore queues, and no “close enough” deliveries.
The studio serves Tampa, FL and the surrounding Tampa Bay area — South Tampa, Hyde Park, Westshore, Carrollwood, Seminole Heights, and the Pinellas beaches — and the same practice backs the photography sessions, the mail-in scanning kits, and the on-site restoration work.
How a restoration happens
Every restoration follows the same four-step workflow — so you know exactly what's happening with your originals from submission to delivery.
You upload digitally or mail in your physical prints. Tell us what happened — water, sun, a tear, an old album — and we open a record for every photo so nothing gets lost.
We review every photo and write a firm, written estimate — per photo, with the work it actually needs. You approve it before a single file is touched.
Same photographer, every time. Hand retouch — tear repair, color correction, full reconstruction of missing detail, and black-and-white colorization where it helps the photo tell its story.
High-resolution files delivered to your portal, ready to print, share, or frame. Physical mail-in originals come back insured, alongside the files, in the same shipment.
