What to send — packing checklist

Per-photo notesAdd a sticky note to each photo with the subject name and approximate year (e.g. "Mom, ~1962"). This helps us keep prints in order when we scan.

Include your reference numberPrint your submission ID (we email it to you the moment you submit this form) and slip it inside the package. That ties every photo back to your order on our end.

Packing tips — keep them safeUse a rigid mailer or small box. Don't fold originals. Slip acid-free tissue between photos so they don't stick. Tape loose prints to card stock so they don't shift in transit.

Ship insured + trackedUSPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx — any service with full value coverage and a tracking number. Keep the receipt until we confirm receipt.
